The relationship with Darukade began around 2012–2013 and became a strategic engagement when the retailer prepared a new site launch. The pre-launch review revealed a deeper problem: core categories were not indexed and Google mostly saw product pages.

Smartcognis redesigned URL and internal architecture, fixed AJAX crawlability, turned categories into commercial assets and built medically reviewed health content clusters. Organic traffic grew approximately fourfold, with demand strong enough to require dedicated packing and delivery teams.

A health retailer visible mainly through individual products.

Category pages did not rank, AJAX delivery obscured content from crawlers and there was no coherent health content hub. The site could not capture broad commercial or informational demand.

01 / Indexation

Invisible categories

Product listing pages were not available as dependable entry points for searchers.

02 / Rendering

AJAX gap

Users could see content that crawlers could not reliably discover or interpret.

03 / Trust

No health hub

The YMYL category needed accurate, expert-reviewed content and clear topical structure.

Rebuild the site as a connected health ecosystem.

The engagement combined technical SEO, information architecture, business advice and close collaboration with engineering, content and medical reviewers.

01 / Architect

Clarify URL and links

Parent, child, category and product relationships became explicit.

02 / Render

Make pages readable

AJAX and internal page structure were improved so crawlers could access meaningful content.

03 / Educate

Build trusted clusters

Doctor-reviewed guides connected health questions to categories and products.

Four times the organic demand, with operational proof.

The result was not only better reporting visibility. Increased orders led Darukade to create independent packing and courier operations, while marketing capability became more structured.
